Netflix Casts Perfect Performer for Bon Clay in the Hit Series Season 3
The Secret Organization is set to make a major impact in Netflix’s upcoming season of One Piece, even if the major clash won’t unfold until the third season, and a beloved, fan-favorite member has recently been selected.
The platform declared recently that the talented performer is now part of the One Piece season 3 cast and will portray Bon Clay. This character can use their power to change into an identical duplicate of anyone they’ve touched with their dominant hand. The performer, who is non-binary and goes by they/them, will play a rendition of that character reinterpreted as gender non-binary, as opposed to as a drag queen, in the real-life adaptation, unlike the original manga and cartoon version.
This performer will work alongside several other recently announced actors set to bring the organization to reality, such as leader the main antagonist, brought to life by Joe Manganiello, Sophia Anne Caruso as a key member, and an accomplished actor, who will appear as the ensemble as the monarch of the desert kingdom.
Although the role is a major member of Baroque Works, the individual won’t appear until One Piece season 3. Considering the second season likely to portray the Little Garden arc, this signals a notable change in the schedule of their first appearance, one that could signal additional alterations to the story’s structure.
The actor’s combination of excellent comedic sense and emotional depth makes them a ideal selection for the role. Along with their recent voice performance in the animated feature Boys Go to Jupiter, they earned widespread acclaim and several accolades for creating and performing in the popular theatrical show Oh Mary!, highlighting the versatility they’ll contribute to one of One Piece’s widely praised roles.
